REQUIREMENT: The Department of National Defence has a requirement for 300 Twin Sized Spring Filled Mattresses for Base Accommodations’ Areas at CFB Esquimalt.
It is MANDATORY that delivery is completed on or before March 26, 2021.
However, bidders are also requested to provide their best delivery date in weeks ARO.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement and Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement.
It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
