28 April 2021 - The purpose of this amendment is to notify industry of a NAICS code change to the TEAMS-Next Information Technology Functional Area.  See Attached document entitled "TEAMS-Next_Update_4_Contracts_and_NAICS" for this change.  There are no other changes in this amendment.

15 April 2021 - The purpose of this amendment is to notify industry that the final RFP for Facilities, Logistics, and Environmental Management was released on 15 March 2021.  Additionally, the notification that the Test final RFP was released on 30 November 2020 was inadvertently left off the previous amendment.  There are no other changes in this amendment.

22 Sep 20 - The purpose of this amendment is to notify industry that the final RFP for MDS Engineering has been posted under unique identifier HQ0858-20-R-0014.

17 Sep 20 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide industry with the final "TEAMS-Next OCI Guiding Principles" dated September 15, 2020. 

This amendment also provides status of TEAMS-Next RFPs as follows: 

C3PO (RFP Released 21 February 2020, Contract Awarded 25 June 2020)

Quality and Mission Assurance (RFP Released 8 May 2020)

Safety (RFP Released 1 June 2020)

Intelligence (RFP Released 20 August 2020)

Warfighter (RFP Released 17 September 2020)

This notice will be amended each time a new TEAMS-Next final RFP is released.

This amendment also provides the "TEAMS-Next OCI Policy QA Matrix" to provide the industry questions and MDA answer associated with the MDA draft OCI policy.

The purpose of this notice is to provide industry with the "Draft TEAMS-Next Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) Policy" (attached) for feedback.  Comments/Questions should be submitted using the "Draft T-N OCI Policy Govt Comment Matrix" (attached) to the TEAMS-Next mailbox ([email protected]) NLT COB Tuesday, 30 June 2020.  The POC for the TEAMS-Next OCI policy is Amanda (Summer) Behel.

As previously announced, until such time as a comprehensive policy is approved, OCI will be addressed in each individual RFP on a case-by-case basis.

The purpose of this notice is to provide industry with an updated TEAMS-Next procurement schedule (attached).  Due to the impacts of COVID-19 on both Government (in terms of preparing concurrent solicitations) and industry (in terms of preparing timely and often concurrent proposals), the Missile Defense Agency is rebaselining the TEAMS-Next schedule for release of competitive Requests for Proposals (RFPs).  The Government intends to issue a Draft RFP at least 30 days prior to each scheduled RFP release date.

Additionally, the Government will also be posting the Draft TEAMS-Next Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) policy (for industry feedback) in the near future.  Until such time as a comprehensive policy is approved, OCI will be addressed in each individual RFP on a case-by-case basis.

Henceforth, Joshua Kachelman will replace Jesse Kirstein as the lead PCO associated with TEAMS-Next industry coordination.  Please continue monitoring this sam.gov posting for further TEAMS-Next updates.

The purpose of this notice is to provide MDA COVID-19 letters (16 March and 9 April 2020 attached) to industry.  MDA is in the process of assessing TEAMS-Next procurement schedules in consideration of COVID-19 impacts.  Updated schedules for TEAMS-Next procurements will be posted on Beta.Sam.Gov under this notice as soon as possible.
