Amendment 001 is to publish bidder questions and Canada’s responses and modify Annex A.

THIS BID SOLICITATION CANCELS AND SUPERSEDES PREVIOUS BID SOLICITATION NUMBER W0103-218843/A DATED 25 NOVEMBER 2020 WITH A CLOSING OF JANUARY 6, 2021 AT 2:00PM PST. A DEBRIEFING OR FEEDBACK SESSION WILL BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST TO BIDDERS/OFFERORS/SUPPLIERS WHO BID ON THE PREVIOUS SOLICITATION.

REQUIREMENT: The Department of National Defence (DND) Naval Fleet School Pacific [NFS (P)] located at Esquimalt, British Columbia has a requirement for five (5) milling machines for their machine shop. Further specifications and information are contained in the solicitation package.

DELIVERY DATE: All milling machines must be delivered with all associated equipment no later than March 31, 2021.

Unit prices must be firm and in Canadian funds.

There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS REGARDING BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.
