The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to award Chemring Australia Pty Ltd. (CHA) a sole-source, Firm Fixed Price Contract under Solicitation N0001919R0047 for MJU-68/B Flare, Infrared, Countermeasures. This contract is planned to contain a base year only and is intended to satisfy Government requirements for Fiscal Year (FY) 19 with an estimated quantity of 36,156 units. The anticipated award date is 25 March 2019.

These requirements will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
