III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

List and brief description of conditions:

- Document for registered professional activity -License to perform public transport in the internal road traffic- inter-municipal passengers line transport issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of North Macedonia for those economic operators applying for Part 1, Part 3 of the technical specification. - Permission to perform

inter-municipal passenger transport (in addition an official timetable must be submitted) for Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 of the technical specification.

-License to perform public transport in the internal road traffic- free passenger transport and special line passenger transport issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of North Macedonia for sections 4 and 14 of technical specification.

III.1.3)Technical and professional ability

List and brief description of selection criteria:

- The instrument statement, bus stops and the technical equipment in which the service provider or the contractor has at its disposal for the execution of the contract; -Statement signed by the economic operator in which it has at least minimum one vehicle for each part/direction for which it will submit a bid and that the data will be submitted to the contracted authority before signing the special agreement on basis of the framework agreement. * Note: Technical and professional ability are required only for the parts for which the transport is performed as separate transport lines. Technical and professional capability is required only for the economic operators who will submit a bid/bids for part 4, part 5, part 6, section 7, section 8, section 9, section 10, section 11, section 12, section 13 and section 14. The economic operators who will submit bids only for part 1, part 2, part 3 are not required to provide a proof of technical and professional ability.
