The upper secondary level 2 (Norwegian: vg2) at Andøy sixth form college shall initiate a drone education programme in August 2022. This is a new education offered and is a collaboration between Andøy sixth form college / Nordland County and Andøya Space. The admission requirement for upper secondary level 2 (Norwegian: vg2) the drone education programme is a completed upper secondary level 1 (Norwegian: vg1) electro and computer technology. The entire course of study is 2 years in the school and 2 years apprenticeship (in a company). Andøya Space Education needs a provider for the implementation of theoretical and practical / operational education / facilitation related to the programme subjects in the approved curriculum.

III.1)Conditions for participation

III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

List and brief description of conditions:

The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

• Norwegian tenderers must present a company registration certificate issued by the Register of Business Enterprises. The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

• Foreign tenderers shall provide certificate(s) of statutory registration in the country where the company is established. The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.

Documentation requirement:

A credit assessment/rating not older than six months and based on the last known accounting figures must be enclosed. The rating must be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.

Equivalent must be submitted for any cooperating partners/sub-contractors the tenderer uses for fulfilment of the qualification requirements.

The tenderer must have experience from previous relevant assignments regarding theoretical and operational training in the use of drones.

The tenderer must have commercial experience with the use of payloads, various types of sensors and data processing.

The tenderer must have experience from previous relevant deliveries regarding digital teaching regarding drones.

The tenderer must have experience in carrying out commercial drone assignments / operations.

Documentation Requirement

A description of the tenderer´s three most relevant assignments related to education in the last 3 years. The description must include provision of the assignment's value, dates and name of the contracting authority. It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.

A tenderer can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another service provider.

A description of the tenderer´s three most relevant assignments related to education in the last 3 years.
