Bergen municipality and its cooperation partners shall enter into a new agreement for the delivery of incontinence products for nursing homes, etc., Incontinence products means, for examples: Nappies, sanitary towels, pants and protective layers. The framework agreement shall cover the participating parties´ ongoing needs for such products. The agreement value exceeds the EEA threshold value and will be published in accordance with Part III of the Public Procurement Regulations.

Before the call for tenders is prepared and published, Bergen municipality would like a dialogue with relevant market participants, and to receive feedback on what systems, products and services can be offered. Tenderers who have input are asked to send a message via the communication module in the Mercell system. The contracting authority has attached the document ‘spørsmålskjema’ (‘questionnaire’) which is to be completed.

The deadline for submitting input/questions is Monday, 26 April 2021, at 12.00.

Thereafter, the contracting authority will contact suppliers who present relevant input and invite them to participate in a dialogue meeting.
