Hjelmeland Municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for leasing contracts for an estimated 10 electric vehicles in the period 2023-2026.

The distribution is expected to be as follows:

2023: 5 vehicles

2024: Up to 3 vehicles

2025-2026: Up to 2 vehicles

The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option to extend the contract on the same terms for a further 1+1 year.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The contracting authority would like to enter into leasing contracts for different vehicles under this contract. The various vehicle types are described in more detail in annex 1 - Price and Quality Sheet.

The scope of the contract for 4 years is estimated to be approx. NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT. This estimate does not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer.

The contract is subject to changes resulting from changed economic framework terms, organisational changes, municipal activity, and the necessary charging infrastructure being in place.
