The contracting authority would like to enter into a 2-year framework agreement, with an option for 1 + 1 year for the procurement of cleaning machines. The framework agreement will also include the delivery of necessary materials.

The options will be automatically activated unless the contracting authority gives notification otherwise at least 3 months before the contract or option year expires.

The anticipated start is 1 April 2021.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Strand Municipality will, on behalf of the collaboration municipalities Hå, Strand, Klepp and Time enter into a 2-year framework agreement with an option for 1 + 1 year for the procurement of cleaning machines. The framework agreement will also include the delivery of necessary materials.

The options will be automatically activated unless the contracting authority gives notification otherwise at least 3 months before the contract or option year expires.

The estimated contract value is approx. NOK 1 750 000 a year, totalling NOK 7 000 000 excluding VAT, if all the options are taken up.

The above amount is based on consumption in previous years, and is not binding for the contracting authority nor does it give the tenderer any rights. Subject to changes in volume as a result of changed financial framework conditions and municipal activities, as well as changed prerequisites or needs.
