Real Estate Agency Services — Framework Agreement
In a meeting held 15 October 2020 the Municipal Council of Bamble decided to sell several properties. Bamble municipality therefore call for tenders for the sale of these properties. The estimate market value of the properties subject to sales is more than NOK 44 million. There are also possibilities for further need of real estate agency services in the event of new decisions.
We are therefore inviting tenderers to a framework agreement for real estate agency services.
The framework agreement includes the following areas of real estate agent service:
Category 1: Commercial real estate agent services;
Category 2: Residential brokerage and brokerage in connection with sales of holiday homes;
Category 3: Estate agent services in connection with the sales of agricultural properties
Tenders for sub-categories are allowed. The tenderer chooses whether to submit tender for all or some categories.
The contracting authority intends to enter into framework agreement with one tenderer per category.

The framework agreement is also an agreement that provides the contracting authority freedom to place orders in the framework of the agreement, but the contracting authority is not obliged to purchase a set scope. The contractual relationship is ongoing, and the contracting authority will place orders to the framework agreement suppliers, instead of carrying out competitive tendering for each individual purchase. By using this type of contract the contracting authority's requirement for rapid procurements of services of equivalent nature is covered.
The framework agreement includes the following areas of real estate agent service:
Category 1: Commercial real estate agent services;
Category 2: Residential brokerage and brokerage in connection with sales of holiday homes;
Category 3: Estate agent services in connection with the sales of agricultural properties.
Tenders for sub-categories are allowed. The tenderer chooses whether to submit tender for all or some categories.
The contracting authority intends to enter into framework agreement with one tenderer per category.
This framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for 1 + 1 year extension. The maximum agreement period is 4 years.
Two extensions, each for 12 months.
