II.1.4)Short description:

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, hereafter called the contracting authority, would like tenders for the preparation and distribution of an information campaign on digital self-service systems and voluntary de-registration.

The aim of the procurement is to:

1) Increase the use of self-service systems in the traffic user and vehicle area, which is currently located on our websites.

2) Inform clients and public about the introduction of voluntary de-registration without handing in vehicle registration plates.

- From June 2022 we plan to introduce voluntary de-registration without handing in vehicle registration plates. Instead of physically handing in the registration plates in order to de-register the vehicle the customers can now de-register/register the vehicle digitally at vegvesen.no. The scheme may be desirable for vehicles that are only used for parts of the year, or if there are periods the owner does not need to use the vehicle.
