The framework agreement will include, amongst other things, the preparation of a new communication strategy and plan, with both short and long term communication goals, continual communication advice, competence raising, and content production for operationalising the communication plan and measuring its effect. This can be, for example, assistance with writing articles, introductory sales to media, campaigns and/or advertisements/insertions. Production deliveries can be delivered through the use of sub-suppliers, but LUP would like the primary contact to go via the main tenderer.
