Section I: Contracting authority
Section II: Object
Procurement of appointment booking system at service points as a service
Statens vegvesen, Trafikant og kjøretøy [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Traffic Users and Vehicles] (the contracting authority) wants tenders for delivery of a system for appointments for services supplied at the counter/traffic station/meeting places.
The purpose of the procurement is to be able to offer hours/blocks of time with variable length connected to the different services. These must be offered online to the contracting authority's clients.
The service must be delivered as SaaS. Both the public section and administration section of the system, including software interface (APO), must be hosted outside of the contracting authority’s infrastructure.
The contracting authority will replace the publishing system (CMS) for vegvesen.no and therefore doesn't want to use resources on a seamless integration of the public section of hourly ordering at vegvesen.no before the website is migrated to the new CMS (EpiServer). The supplier must therefore initially deliver websites that are outside the contracting authority’s domain for both the public section and the administration section of the appointment booking system. The contracting authority will link to the public section from relevant places on vegvesen.no.
The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for one year + one year, so the total possible contract duration is five (5) years.
