The contracting authority invites the market to a dialogue regarding with the planned procurement of electric power with associated services. The market dialogue is planned to be held during week 5 and possibly week 6 if deemed necessary.
The invitation to tender is scheduled to be published during spring 2022.
In the spring of 2022, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall publish a tender contest for a new agreement for the supply of electric power. The NPRA has a stipulated consumption of approx. 330 GWh per year distributed between approx. 5,000 plants. Of these plants approx. 800 are manual/stipulated meters.
The contract period is currently planned for a period of 5 years.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is currently in the process of preparing a draft to the tender documentation, and is therefore interested in inputs from potential suppliers on what solutions are available in the market, what security strategies may be relevant, how the Norwegian Public Roads Administration can best reduce the carbon footprint associated with its electricity consumption as well as other topics. The market is therefore invited to a market dialogue during week 5 (31 January - 4 February 2022) and possibly in week 6 if deemed necessary.
