The National Library of Norway would like to enter into a framework agreement for cleaning services in our premises in Henrik Ibsens gate 110 in Oslo, with the accompanying magazine building in Observatoriegaten 1. The contract will replace the existing contract when this expires in March 2021.

The National Library of Norway will enter into a new contract for the procurement of cleaning services in our premises in Oslo.

The total area is approx. 23 500 m².

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The building consists of offices, various types of work rooms, exhibition and public premises, magazines for the National Library of Norway's collections, meeting rooms, reception, communal areas, kitchen, toilets, cloakrooms, and a cafe on the 3^rd floor and canteen on the ground floor. The tenderer must adapt to the use of the building and cooperate with the contracting authority on cleaning times and routines. Insta -800 must be used.

The National Library of Norway is looking for cost-efficient solutions for the cleaning services at the defined quality level.

The NS 8431 contract will be used.

Tenderers are required to have experience from a minimum of three assignments of the same scope in the last 3 years. A minimum of one of the assignments must be experience from cultural institutions with financially valuable material that is worthy of protection. The description must include a detailed account of who the contract authorities are/were, the date, and duration of the assignment, as well as its annual value. This is so that the National Library of Norway can assess whether the mentioned assignments are relevant. The name, telephone number and email address of the mentioned contracting authorities must be given. References will be contacted if needed to clarify relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer´s responsibility to provide a description substantiating relevance.
