A contract for independent operation of three canteens, one coffee-bar and support services for conference centres in Skatteetaten’s (the Norwegian Tax Administration's) premises at Helsfyr and Grønland (the Tax District) in Oslo. Independent operation means that canteen operators carry the operational risk, including the economic risk that there are enough customers (demand) to cover expenses related to the operation. Operator is economically responsible for the purchase of raw goods, production and storage of goods and income from sales. Operator has their own employees and covers all associated costs. Furthermore, the operator must have access to additional personnel in the event of illness. The premises are furnished for production, storage and serving. Canteen subscriptions are performed.
