Statistics Norway intends to enter into a contract with a tenderer for the delivery of a wireless network.
SSB shall reinstall a complete new system for wireless LAN in the offices in Kongsvinger, which shall have seamless interface with the system in Oslo, which can need supplementing.
The contract includes the design and installation of a complete system including an administration tool.
The system shall be operated by a separate ICT section.
The delivery shall include:
— Detailed design of a new system including radio planning and measuring coverage;
— All necessary software;
— All the necessary hardware (access points and administration tool);
— Complete new cabling for all access points;
— Complete installation including full configuration and integration with existing network systems;
— Documentation;
— Training in the form of courses for operational personnel;
— Service and maintenance contract;
— Assistance on an hourly basis;
— Engineering design, site inspection, design, installation, configuration, migration, testing, training and documentation;
— Submitting tenders.
