II.1.4)Short description:

The Norwegian Customs has an internal company occupational health service that has provided OHS to the areas of Eastern Norway and Southern Norway. The scheme with an internal occupational health service shall now be phased out and replaced by external providers of occupational health services. The areas covered by the delivery of OHS include approximately 1,150 employees. The purpose of the agreement is, among other things, to ensure a uniform occupational health services to employees in the organisation in accordance with statutory obligations in the Working Environment Act and associated regulations.
