II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The professional resource centre is a division in Statsbygg and comprises several different professional units who provide professional consultancy services in Statsbygg's building and administration projects. The Section FB (Construction and Cultural heritage), which includes fire proofing consultancy service, has a large workload, and must therefore engage external resources. To strengthen the capacity and acquire special competence, we want to enter into a framework agreement with 1- one - service provider for the fireproofing special field.

The objective of the assignment is to cover Statsbygg's need for fireproofing advice in projects involving both new buildings and reconstruction work.

The tenderer must propose 2 - two - consultants with competence in fireproofing consultancy service.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Documentation: Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively Startbank-ID.

The tenderer must have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasized.

Documentation: Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
