Information Management System
The Atlas Alliance is a foundation of organisations of disabled persons and relatives in Norway, which, since 1981 has been involved in international assistance work. We work to promote the rights and better living conditions for disabled persons in poor countries.
More information can be found on our website: https://atlas-alliansen.no/
The purpose of the procurement is to acquire a cloud-based information management system in order to cover the Atlas Alliance's need to manage grant schemes and information flow with collaborating organisations both in Norway and internationally.
The procurement will be used for budget management, monitoring and evaluation, assignment management, risk management, project information, project planning, reporting, data processing, etc.
A common information management system will ensure that the Atlas Alliance can collect necessary information from one location, accessible to all involved parties.
The procurement also includes implementation, operation, support and maintenance of the system for the Atlas Alliance.
The contract will automatically renew for one (1) year at a time if the client does not cancel the contract with three (3) months notice before the renewal date. The tenderer can terminate the contract with 12 months notice before the renewal date.
The Atlas Alliance also needs a tool to collect field data. This tool is included as an option. It is not a mandatory requirement that the tenderer can deliver this. Tenderers able to deliver such a tool will be able to achieve points for this in the evaluation under the award criteria option. Tenderers who cannot deliver this tool will score 0 in the award criteria option. The option will only be exercised if the Atlas Alliance chooses to trigger it in writing.
