Hearing document:

Viken County intends to invite tenderers to a tender contest for a framework agreement on cleaning and catering products. We therefore want feedback on the content of the attached documents.

Adjustments may be made for the documents prior to the invitation to tender.

Participation for municipalities to enter the contract. However, the scope thereof is currently unclarified.

The municipalities registered for participation are now in the process of approval. This may affect the estimated scope of the framework agreement.

We intend to publish an invitation to tender during January 2022.

Inputs are particularly requested for the requirement specification, the price sheet's products and the environmental requirements, as well as the combination of requirements and criteria. The estimated scope in the price sheet will be given by the date of invitation to tender.

Comments to products can be entered in the line level in column 'F', tab 'Prisskjema' ('Price sheet'). Comments can also be added in red font colour in the attached documents.

Inputs must be submitted via Mercell Tendsign, by 06.01.2022.
