Sortland municipality henceforth referred to as the contracting authority invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the purchase, maintenance, supplementation, consulting and administration of software / software licencing services for the contracting authority.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Through this invitation to tender, the contracting authority wishes to enter into an agreement for the delivery of comprehensive and seamless delivery of licences and LSP services that meet the contracting authority's needs for future ICT services. The aim is that this contract shall cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing need for licences and licence subscriptions.

The procurement comprises the following points:

- Purchase of licences and licence subscriptions, as well as access to software

- Microsoft Open Value Subscription (OVS)

- Microsoft Cloud Service Provider Agreement (CSP)

- Consulting regarding choice of software and licences.

- Assistance with auditing

- Software Asset Management tool (option).

- Cloud-based licence tool/e-trade that can be used for the purchase of licences.

The list is not exhaustive, and there may be a need for the contracting authority to request other relevant services related to this procurement that the contracting authority was unaware of when preparing the contract documentation.

Provider must undertake the function as LSP for the Microsoft agreements. This is done when a contract is signed for this framework agreement.
