The University of Stavanger shall carry out an open tender contest for a framework agreement on leasing mobile phones to its employees. The tender contest is scheduled to be published on Doffin / TED 25.10.21. Prior to the upcoming tender contest, the contracting authority wishes to invite interested tenderers to a supplier conference.

Mobile telephony is not included in the procurement.

The University of Stavanger (Norwegian abbreviation: UiS) shall carry out an open tender contest for a framework agreement on leasing mobile phones to its employees.

The tender contest is scheduled to be published on 25 October 2021.

Prior to the upcoming tender contest, the contracting authority wishes to invite interested tenderers to participate in a joint supplier conference.

This voluntary notice is a Request for Information (RFI). The information must be submitted to the contracting within two weeks after the supplier conference has been held. The conference will be held as a video meeting on Teams on 01.10.2021, (13:00).

The objective of the conference is to prepare the supplier market for the pending tender contest, and to obtain information on what the supplier market can offer. This is to get a better foundation for preparing the tender documentation and requirements specification in the pending tender contest.

The information received from the suppliers will not be considered as a tender.
