The Child Welfare Services in Øygarden, Askøy, and Kvam Municipalities would like to procure a new trade system for child welfare.

The trade system will give employees in municipal child welfare services support in casework, management, interaction and other assignments that are carried out municipal child welfare services.

The municipal child welfare service's assignments include, amongst other things:

- An assessment of notes of concern, investigations, implementing and evaluating any measures. These measures can vary in type and degree of seriousness, from advice and guidance in the home to taking over care and removing the child to, for example, a foster home or institution.

- Stand-by/child welfare duty outside ordinary working hours.

- Measures for single minor refugees.

- Preventive work.

- Follow-up of children placed outside the home.

- Certification and independent inspections of foster homes.
