The Norwegian Environment Agency is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for professional HR assistance. The dynamic purchasing system covers service deliveries to the Norwegian Environment Agency, the Norwegian Polar Institute, the directorate for cultural heritage, the Norwegian Meteorological Institute and the Norwegian Biodiversity Information Centre. Requirement:

Tenderers must have an orderly system in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.

Documentation:

Norwegian companies: a tax certificate for tax arrears and VAT arrears, not older than 6 months.

Foreign companies: equivalent documentation.

Requirement:

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation:

Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate
