II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The contest that will be announced will be for a framework agreement that will cover the contracting authority's needs for pest control services in their buildings.

The contract period will be from February 2022 for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.

The properties include, amongst other things, schools, nurseries, nursing homes, office premises, pump station, storehouses, and churches.

Typical work tasks covered by the contract will be (non-exhaustive list):

Pest control, including:

- Chemical/disinfection treatment of pest problems. 

- Control by using fibre-optic equipment

- Placement and follow-up of bait boxes/traps

- Other measures for controlling insects/pests. Air measurements if there are suspicions of mould and other rot.

Placement, collection, and analysis of tests for radon.

Renovation work for mould and other rot damage is not included in the contract.

The contracting authority has prepared an Excel form that inculdes; price sheet, draft of the requirements, and the option to provide feedback on new products and a general insight from the market. The form that we would like you to complete is attached in Mercell.

Note that the hearing is a working document that can be changed before the notice as a result of feedback from the market, amongst other things. Hå Municipality is not obliged to follow the input and emphasises that the content of the tender documentation is only to be seen as a provisional draft.

Any costs incurred during the hearing will not be refunded.

The suggestions will be included in the further work on the tender documentation. The final tender documentation will be announced in Doffin. The notice is planned for as soon as possible (in December). The contest will only start when the final tender documentation is announced. Supploiers must NOT submit a tender now!

All feedback will be treated confidentially. We would like to receive feedback by 24 November 2021.
