In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest   Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Shire Valley Transformation Programme-1, and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from  7:30 am  to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30pm Monday to Friday except on Weekends and Public Holidays   at the address given below in 8(a).     A complete set of bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of MK20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Malawi Kwacha). The method of payment will be cash.        Bids must be delivered to the address below stated in 8(b) on or before 2:00 pm local time on  14th July, 2021.  Electronic bidding  will not  be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
