(2) You are requested to acknowledge this email and confirm your participation in this bidding process through return email.

(3) In all correspondence please refer the bid number i.e., LRPS-2020-9162765.

(4) Any request for clarification or additional information should be sent in writing with RFP reference number to the email addresses: [email protected];  [email protected]; All queries will be entertained as soon as possible before the bid opening.

(5) The deadline to submit a response to this LRPS: Thursday, 19 November 2020 by 11:00 Hrs. local Dhaka Time (GMT 6+).

(7) The responses of this LRPS should be submitted ONLY to the email ID: [email protected]; No staff members should be copied in that email. Proposals can be sent in batches not to exceed UNICEF's e-mail size quota of ten (10) megabytes per e-mail.
