Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are:   Company’s background and evidence of registration. The consulting firm should have general experience of not less than five years. The consulting firm should have experience of at least two projects of similar nature related to the subject of procurement under World Bank or Government of Uganda Public Procurement Guidelines during the last five years each of a value of UGX.200, million and above Detailed company profiles including financial status and evidence of technical capability to undertake the assignments. Firms must possess tax and NSSF compliance certificates or equivalent documentation.   The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraphs 1.9 and 1.11 of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants] by World Bank Borrowers   (January 2011 revised July 2014)  (“Consultant Guidelines”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest and eligibility. In addition, please refer to the following specific information on conflict of interest related to this assignment.     Consultants may submit their Expression of Interests as an individual firm or in association in the form of a joint venture or sub consultancy.  All the members of the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire assignment.  However, the experience of sub-consultant will not be considered while short-listing.
