The Government of Sierra Leone through the Ministry of Transport & Aviation has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Integrated and Resilient Urban Mobility Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract[1] for Procurement of Fifty Public Transport Buses [50] and Spare Parts for the Ministry of Transport and Aviation.   2. The Project Fiduciary Management Unit of the Ministry of Finance now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Fifty Public Transport Buses [50] and Spare Parts for the Ministry of Transport and Aviation.   3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” [insert date of applicable Procurement Regulations edition as per legal agreement] (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.   4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.   5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a nonrefundable fee of Two Million Leones (Le 2,000,000.00) or in a convertible currency. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 11:00 am on Friday 15th October, 2021.   7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amounts indicated above or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
