The Government of Pakistan has received financing from the European Union, World Bank toward the cost of Balochistan Education Support Project, Secondary Education Department, Government of Balochistan and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Goods. Bidders will submit bids for one or more COMPLETE LOT (quoting 100% of stated quantities and items for each of the lot), evaluation of bids and contract award will be done on basis of Lots. Under no Circumstances shall any bidder deem that the entire tender shall be awarded to a single bidder until qualify for all lots separately.
