The credit includes a Technical Assistance (TA) component of US$ 9.36 million to help and achieve the objectives of PESP-III. 2.         PMIU-PESRP intends to hire the services of a creative design and production firm with the experience of developing the communication products including short films, documentaries, knowledge products i.e. fact sheets and brochures, television and radio commercials and digital media content. The firm should also have experience of executing paid digital media campaigns. The firm should have proven relevant background and preferably experience of working with the government and having completed at-least four (02) similar assignments. The firm should be listed with DGPR (Director General Public Relations) Punjab. 3.         The firm will be selected under Single Stage- Two Envelop bidding procedure in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Fourth Edition November 2020. The project will be subject to the World Bank’s Anticorruption Guidelines, dated October 15, 2006, and revised in January 2011 and August, 2016.
