The United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti has a requirement for the rental/leasing and maintenance services of estimated forty-three (43) diesel engine vehicles, i.e. three (3) armored vehicles with all wheel drive, thirty seven (37) Sport Utility Vehicles - SUV with all wheel drive and 3 pick-up trucks on a turnkey solution basis (including but not limited to leasing, maintenance including tires change, satellite tracking, insurance, etc). In addition to this, the company must be able to provide recovery services, vehicle repairs and maintenance services, provision for scratches and body repairs, repainting, modification, equipment on an “as and when” required basis and tyres replacement for the rented vehicle fleet. The service provider will be expected to furnish all material, labour, tools, spare parts and equipment necessary for the maintenance and repair services for the estimated 43 rented vehicles. The service provider will be expected to ensure equivalent replacement vehicles during any period of maintenance/repairs or accident repairs of existing fleet vehicles, regardless of the responsibility of the accident or of the duration of the required maintenance/repairs (including scheduled maintenance) or accident repairs services. The vehicles must be white colour or white automotive vinyl wrap (RAL9016) marked with a bold proportionally sized "UN" sign. The initial contract period would be for one (1) year with option to extend the contract for additional two (2) years, one year at a time (i.e. 1+1). The option for extension for additional two (2) years is solely at the discretion of BINUH subject to availability of funds, satisfactory performance and continuation of BINUH mandate.
