1. The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) intends to establish a long term contract for the provision of Swimming Pool Maintenance and Management Services for UNMISS in Juba South Sudan. 2. Description of General Requirements: UNMISS has a requirement for Maintenance and Management Services of one (1) Swimming Pool at UN House,Yei Road in Juba, South Sudan. The services required are as follows: • Maintain the Swimming Pool Facility at the Compound by providing specialized personnel, equipment, spare parts and chemicals. • Manage the day to day operation of the Swimming Pool Facility to ensure that it meets the health and safety standards of such a facility. 3. The resultant contract is expected to be for an initial period of one (1) year with an option to extend for an additional period of two (2) years of one (1) year each. 4. Interested Companies with the capacity to provide the services are requested to express their interest by ensuring that the following conditions are met. Conditions: 5. Vendors interested in fulfilling the requirement described above must be registered with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) at Level 1 at the time of award. Proof that the company is registered for this particular requirement in UNGM under Standard Products and Services Codes (UNSPSC) 72150000 - Specialized trade construction and maintenance services. 7. UNMISS Procurement section shall reject any EOI that does not contain the final UNGM vendor registration number under the specified UNSPSC as such submissions will be considered non responsive. 8.
