1. The UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT, Arusha Branch) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced companies for the provision of vehicles maintenance services . In particulary, schuduled and unschedules maintenance services , regular repairs services , body work services , provision of spare parts, lubricants etc.. 2. More details for the requirement will be included in the solicitation documents. 3. The proposed term of Contract/s shall be for an initial two (2) year period with an option to extend for an additional three (3) years of one (1) year each (“1st ,2nd and 3th Optional Extensions”) at the sole discretion of the IRMCT and subject to the satisfactory performance of the Contractor 4. Please note, this is NOT an invitation for submission of Offers. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested to participate in the solicitation when issued. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UN-IRMCT reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. 5.
