This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement E60ZT-18TSPS.  If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.

The Contractor must provide the Department of National Defence with psychological assessments and recommendations for the purposes of determining suitability for work. The term of the Task Authorization Contract is from date of award to 31 March 2023 with options to extend to 31 March 2025.  The work must be performed at the Canada’s facilities within 100km of Kingston, Ontario with no extra fees charged for travel.  Canada will reimburse the Contractor for travel beyond 100km from Kingston using the National Council Joint Travel Directive.
