The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, NCO 9 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of the Louisville VA Medical Center is conducting market research through this source sought notice to seek sources to identify potential experienced businesses that are capable of meeting the requirements per the Statement of Work (SOW) below Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 115210 and sized standard is $8.0. NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.vetbiz.gov. Project requirements: To offer holistic and Whole Health principled services for Veterans to increase resiliency and emotional regulation skills. Equine Therapy is well studied and empirically reviewed as an evidence-based modality, and this program will also incorporate Heart Math as a biofeedback technique to enhance the Equine Therapy experience. These modalities together will amplify the overall health and recovery experience. The requirements to award and continue a community partnership allowing utilization of space, horses, and staffing from the vendor to support the Whole Health Primary Care-Mental Health (PCMHI) Equine Therapy group offered to Veterans at the Robley Rex VAMC (RRVAMC) and remote VA clinics. Period of Performance: Services shall be performed 30 minutes drive time from Robley Rex VAMC location at 800 Zorn Avenue Louisville KY 40206 Anticipated period of performance: 4/01/2022 thru 3/31/2022.
