Detailed Terms of Reference as well as other requirements are listed in the RFP available on UNDP ATLAS e-Tendering system” (https://etendering.partneragencies.org) as written in the method of submission. If you have not registered in the system before, you can register by logging in using:

The step by step instructions for registration of bidders and quotation submission through the UNDP ATLAS e-Tendering system is available in the attached “Instructions Manual for the Bidders”. Should you require any training on the UNDP ATLAS e-Tendering system or face any difficulties when registering your company or submitting your quotation, please send an email to [email protected] and [email protected] .

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicated in Section 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
