The method of payment will be direct payment to SCI Somalia Country office. The bidding documents sent via email will not require payment of fees. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 14 J uly, 2021 10: 00 AM EAT.  Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
