A. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) requires a Contractor to supply and deliver Ceramic tiles and adhesive products to UNIFIL Headquarters Naqoura, South Lebanon based on a Long-Term Agreement (LTA). The Contract will be established for an initial period of One (1) year from the date of its signature with an optional extension of one (1) additional periods of one (1) year each or part thereof, subject to continued requirement and extension of UNIFIL’s mandate, availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the selected Bidder(s). The maximum contract duration shall be two (2) years. B. For the purpose of establishing a contract, UNIFIL will undertake a competitive bidding exercise in the future and consider inviting those companies that have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL’s requirement. Please note, this is not an invitation for submission of a price proposal.
