Only the completion certificate will be accepted. d) If the quoted amount submitted by the tenderer is less than or above 10% of the estimated price, then the tender will be rejected. e) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS and PPR-2008, PPA-2006 (with latest amendment)
