The Department of the Navy is pleased to present this Request for Information on behalf of Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (MCB CamPen) to seek industry feedback on implementing innovative and critical energy and water infrastructure resiliency projects aboard MCB CamPen.

MCB CamPen is evaluating the feasibility of hosting private development on underutilized, non-excess land under Title 10, United States Code (U.S.C.) §2667 lease authority.
