The purpose of the present tender is to enter into Contract with the most suitable ICH solution provider in both technical and financial perspectives covering the scope of the engagement that will focused on the following;

1. Designing and configuring the information classification and handling solution to suit WIPO’s business requirements and the Information Classification and Handling Policy;
2. Testing the solution to confirm that the requirements have been appropriately met;
3. Integration of the solution with key WIPO applications;
4. Implementation of the solution into WIPO’s production environment. The product is expected to have post implementation support and maintenance;
5. Creation/design and delivery of training and communication material on the deployed information classification and handling solution.
