Description

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Libya Office, invites registered, eligible and reputable Contractors, with vast experience in carrying out civil works/construction/rehabilitation and capacity as per activities mentioned in the Scope of works/Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and stipulated in Annex A & B, to submit a firm proposal for the establishment of a contract for the Rehabilitation of AbuSalim Municipal Stadium, Tripoli, Libya

RFP DOCUMENTS

The following annexes form an integral part of this Request for Proposal:

Annex A:         Scope of Work (SOW) to be submitted as part of the Technical proposal (it must be signed and stamped to confirm its acceptance)

Annex B:         BOQs for Rehabilitation of AbuSalim Municipal Stadium/Financial Offer Form for Rehabilitation of AbuSalim Municipal Stadium (to be submitted as Financial proposal) (Bidders are kindly required to submit both signed and stamped PDF version along with a filled excel sheet)

Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit:

A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be organized on the following date:

Venue: AbuSalim Municipal Stadium Tripoli, Libya

Date/Time: 27 October 2021 [11:00 AM to 01:00 PM Libya Time]

During the visit, UNHCR engineers and/or representatives will clearly illustrate all details about the preparation and submission of the tender proposal, as well as addressing all technical and contractual questions raised by bidders.

Participation is mandatory, as no variation in price and/or schedule will be authorized due to a lack of knowledge of the site condition. Bidders shall consider their participation in the mandatory pre-bid site visit as a “cost of business”. Subsequently, UNHCR will not reimburse any attendance costs.

A maximum of two representatives per company is allowed. Name and contact details of the company’s representative must be provided, at least 2 working days in advance in order arrange entrance of the site/premises. Notification should be addressed in writing to [email protected]; by or before 25 October 2021.

SUBMISSION OF BID:

The offers must bear your official letter head, clearly identifying your company.

Bids should be submitted by e-mail and all attachments should be in PDF format. (Copies of the PDF format documents may, as an addition, be included in Excel or other formats etc.).

The Technical and Financial offers shall be clearly separated.
