RFP for service provider to pay allowances for the beneficiaries in Zaatari camp
Your QUOTATION must be submitted on or before the closing date and time.
Please be advised that FAO is making use of the attached new General Terms and Conditions for Goods, effective immediately. Please review them carefully.
 Please find attached the vendor form (ADM230) to be filled and the official record companies, signed and stamped, you will find all requested documents as per the below listing:
- Certificate of company registration certificate
- Valid business license for individual suppliers trading on their own name
- Certificate of Tax Registration
- Bank Account details (Bank statement if the record name is different from the bank account holder’s name)
Carefully fill the attached file ADM230e according to the instructions
The payment is zero amount tax and proceeded net 30 days after delivery of the official invoice of the service.
Kindly note that FAO is exempt from the payment of taxes and duties for its purchases (Attached).
