  Invitation for Bids Date: 26 November 2021 Loan No. and Title: 3903-UZB: Sustainable Solid Waste Management Project Contract No. and Title: SCEEP/OCB-G1-2: Supply of 8-tons not less than 12m3 SW collection trucks. Lot 2. SWC Trucks for Phase 2 (156 Units) Deadline for Submission of Bids: 7 January 2022, 15:00 hours (Tashkent time) 1.    The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Sustainable Solid-Waste Management Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.  2.    The State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Ecology and Environmental Protection (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of the following:   Lot   Description of Goods Quantity Lot 2 SW Trucks 156 units Bidders are allowed to bid for one lot or combination of lots. Bid per item is not allowed and shall be rejected.  3.    Open competitive bidding (International) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.  4.    Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:  4.1  Contractual Experience  Successful completion as main supplier within the last five (5) years (2016-2020), of at least one (1) contract valued at:  -  Lot 2: US$9,735,000   with nature, and complexity same to the scope supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply) of the Bidding Document.  4.2  Technical Experience  Goods offered have been in production for at least three (3) years (2018-2020) and a minimum of:- Lot 2: 468 units of similar capacity have been sold and have been operating satisfactorily for at least three (3) years (2018-2020).  4.3  Production Capacity  Bidder shall demonstrate per each lot that it can supply the type, size, and quantity of the goods as required by Purchaser in accordance with the Delivery and Completion Schedule in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply) of the Bidding Document. 4.4  Financial Situation  Bidder shall demonstrate soundness of its financial position showing long-term profitability demonstrated through audited annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement) for the last three (3) years (2018-2020).   4.5  Size of Operation   Bidder shall demonstrate average annual turnover of (converted into US dollars) equivalent to  - Lot 2: US$18,252,000   if supposed to award the lots separately, or an aggregate amount for the whole supply or any group of lots accordingly, calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last five (5) years (2016-2020).  4.6  Cash Flow Capacity  Bidder shall demonstrate availability of or access to liquid assets, lines of credit, and other finances sufficient to meet any possible cash flow requirement that may arise during the execution of the contract, which is:   - Lot 2: US$4,563,000   5.    To obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents, bidder should contact:  Mr. Islombek Bokijonov Deputy Chairman State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Ecology  and Environmental Protection (SCEEP) Address: 7a, Bunyodkor avenue, Chilonzor district City: Tashkent city ZIP Code: 100043 Country: Republic of Uzbekistan Telephone: +998 71 207 7007 (int.: 1044#)  E-mail: [email protected] (primary); [email protected] (secondary)     6.  To purchase the bidding documents in English, eligible bidders should: ●     write to the address above requesting the Bidding Documents for SCEEP/OCB-G1-2: Supply of 8tons not less than 12m3 SW collection trucks.
