AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2021-10-12 by 15:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 3:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer the supply of all material, labour, equipment, transportation and supervision required to: vacuum, pump and/or manually clean various waste tank systems and treatment equipment; and the cleaning and televised inspection of sewers and building, sink lavatory drains at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Shilo, Shilo, Manitoba. The requirement will last for a duration of two (2) firm years and up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Up to one (1) Standing Offer will be issued against this requirement. Work must not commence work without first obtaining written approval from the DND Contract Inspector. Contractor must maintain fire access/control as per outlined.
