Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Epidemije covid-19 je povzročila negativne posledice, in sicer visoko povišanje cen surovin in embalaže, nestabilnost trgov, slabšo dostopnost surovin, poslabšanje pogojev poslovanja. Poleg povišanja cene pšenice za 30%, so se bistveno povišale tudi cene drugih žitaric, riža in maščob ter cene energentov, elektrike, plina in goriva.
