Tender Details

The daily deployment of 15 SMART drumlines over an approximately 15-km stretch of coast in each of the Shellharbour, Kiama, Eurobodalla and Bega local government up to at least 30 June 2022. DPI will provide the SMART drumlines and iPad-based electronic reporting tool and associated training. The tenderer needs to bring fishing experience and credentials, a safe operating environment, fully COVID-vaccinated skipper and crew and specific fishing vessel and back-up vessels that must be:

1. appropriately certified by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) and meet all requirements of the Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law Act 2012 and its Regulations; and

2. appropriately certified to carry at least four people.
