Service Contract - Snow/Ice Control and Grass Cutting/Landscape Maint. at the Fredericton Armoury

The work covered under this Service Contract comprises the furnishing of
all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to provide grass cutting services and landscape maintenance the Fredericton Armoury located at 3 Carleton Street, Fredericton, New Brunswick.


This Service Contract will extend from 01 October 2020 to 30 April 2021, with two one-year option periods. 
Option year 1-May 01, 2021-April 30, 2022
Option year 2-May 01, 2022-April 30, 2023

All work is to be completed in accordance with the Specification Number  
L-F135-1-9301/106.

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 3 Carleton Street, Fredericton NB on September 02, 2020.
Contractors interested in participating in the site visit are required to register with the Contracting Authority in advance by e-mail at [email protected] by no later than 4:00 pm on August 28, 2020. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot.
The contractors representative must not have travelled internationally in the past 14 days, must not have symptoms of COVID-19, and must respect physical distancing measures while on site.
